Background & Experience
Mark C. McLees is a commercial real estate transaction manager, specializing in downtown sales & leasing, re-use & land development, & consulting/representation services. With over 15 successful years in the commercial construction industry & 6 years as a top performing real estate agent, Mark knows what it takes to get the job done. In the construction industry, he specialized in renovating older/historic buildings & schools. Leaving the construction industry to pursue a challenging career in real estate, Mark has become the expert in downtown commercial real estate transactions. Mark has completed over 175 sales & leasing transactions since joining the commercial team at NAI Black in October of 2003. Mark grew up in Montana, & then moved to Spokane where he received his B.S. in Physics at Eastern Washington University & attended Gonzaga University’s School of Law.
