She is an accomplished HR professional, having worked in both public and private entities in Seattle and Spokane for almost 20 years. In 2005, she co-founded a Spokane-based eCommerce distribution company operating three online stores that provide a variety of products to residential, commercial, and government customers nationwide.

In her free time, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids. Between volleyball games, soccer games, and cross country/track meets, Shannon and her family like to spend time outdoors – going to the lake, hiking, and camping during the summer, and skiing in the winter.
